IT’S THE FINAL COUNTDOWN!
We know how much you’ve been looking forward to your new look Walnuts leisure centre after the £17m investment by Bromley Council.
We are delighted to announce we will be open to the public on Thursday 2nd July from 2pm.
The centre will be reopened by the Mayor of Bromley at midday, accompanied by activities, stalls, refreshments and entertainment in the marketplace off Lych Gate Road. Find out full details of the day in the press release from Bromley Council here.
We’re SOOOOO close – we’re firing up the phones, topping up the teabags, the weights are waiting and the sauna is steaming!
As a reminder, our newly transformed centre has been designed with you in mind, and will feature modern, high-quality facilities including:

🏊♀️ Brand NEW pool and learner pool with a child-friendly activity wall
🧖 NEW Sauna and steam room
💪 NEW rehab studio (EGYM and InBody)
💃 MORE group exercise classes for adults and juniors

🏸 … as well as old favourites Soft Play, sports hall and racquet sports.
