Mytime Active to close for The Queen's Funeral on 19 September

Mytime Active is deeply saddened by the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and offer our deepest condolences to The Royal Family at this difficult time. During this period of mourning, we would like to update you on a change to our opening times.

Monday, 19 September is the date of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s State Funeral. This date has also been declared as a national bank holiday to mark the last day of the period of national mourning. We have made the decision to close all facilities, on this date, to allow our teams and our members to pay their respects to Her Majesty as well as commemorate Her long and successful reign.

As a result of all facility closures, all activity bookings will be cancelled. If you have paid for a booking with us on this day, we will automatically apply a cashless credit to your account.

Our Contact Centre will also close on this day.  Should you have a query or require any further information, please email your chosen facility directly and they will reply on the 20 September.  Alternatively, please engage with our virtual assistant on our website, who may be able to assist with your enquiry.

Normal opening hours will resume on Tuesday, 20 September.  For more information, please speak to a member of our team.
