The initiative is open to all members with a valid Mytime Active leisure membership from 1st January – 28th February 2025. Offer not valid for golf members.
Initiative open from 1st January 2024 – 28th February 2025.
To take part members must check-in at reception or swipe their membership card at the entrance barriers when using a Mytime Active leisure facility. Each check-in or swipe is one entry into the prize draw.
The prize winner will be chosen by random draw from all valid entries. The prize draw will be held within 7 days of the end of each calendar month. Winners will be notified by the email associated with their Mytime Active account within 28 days.
Prize winners will need to claim their prize within 2 weeks of being notified by Mytime Active that they have won by responding via email. If the prize winner fails to do so, they forfeit their right to the prize and we reserve the right to pick another winner at random from the remaining entries.
Prize draw open to those aged 18 years or over.

Refer a friend - leisure members only

Referee must be a new member of Mytime Active, and must not have held a membership with Mytime Active in the last 6 months.
Offer valid on all Mytime Active subscribed leisure membership types. Golf memberships are not applicable.
The referral free month will be applied to the referee and referrers account after the 3rd Direct Debit payment is taken from the referees account.

Free trial for Care Leavers

Aqua Active - 4 x free swimming sessions

Aqua Active is open to people with a disability or complex needs. This includes children, young people and adults.
Individuals must register to via the Contact Centre or website to be eligible to receive 4 free Aqua Active swimming sessions.
1 carer can access the pool for free as per Mytime Active’s normal operating procedures.
Sessions are available during scheduled general swimming times at The Pavilion Leisure Centre and Biggin Hill Pool.
Registered Aqua Active members must sign in at Reception on arrival to gain access into the swimming pool
Members will be required to follow the rules and operating procedures of each facility at all times.
Mytime Active reserve the right to withdraw membership of the scheme should any breach of the scheme occur.
Mytime Active shall take reasonable steps to notify all users of Aqua Active in advance of any such changes as provided for in these Terms and Conditions.
The member warrants and represents that they are in good health and are not knowingly incapable of engaging in either active or passive physical exercise. The member further warrants that such exercise would not be detrimental in any way to their mental or physical health, comfort, condition and/or wellbeing.
