Mytime Active is deeply saddened by the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and offer our deepest condolences to The Royal Family at this difficult time. During this period of mourning, we would like to update you on a change to our opening times.

This year, National Fitness Day takes place on Wednesday 21st September and to support it The Spa at Beckenham will run a week long series of events culminating in an Open Day on Saturday 24th September.
